Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During high-demand periods, product drops, holidays, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Best for everyday orders

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Available at checkout for select locations

Free Shipping

  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100


International Shipping

Flying Hearts Apparel currently ships to select international locations.

  • International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.

  • Shipping delays caused by customs are outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Flying Hearts Apparel is not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Lost packages due to customer address errors

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Flying Hearts Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If your package is missing:

  3. Reach out to us for additional support

We’ll do our best to help locate your package.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Some Flying Hearts collections may be sold as pre-orders or limited releases.

For pre-order items:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page

  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship together once all items are available


Shipping Policy for Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately depending on inventory and warehouse availability.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.
